LIVE: Brooklyn Stable Acoustic Show

Since it was long overdo, I headed down to Brooklyn Stable on Friday night to check out my friends A Moments Worth perform an acoustic set alongside John Black (of Makeshift Lullaby), Jackson Ridge Rodeo, and Brendan Rivera.  You should do yourselves a solid and check out every single one of these bands - tremendous talent!

Take Me Home to Mayo

Ahhh I felt like I was back in Ireland again on Tuesday night.  Before heading over to our friend's show at the Bowery Electric, we first stopped by Dempsey's Pub to grab a drink and a bite to eat.  Little did we know, we were about to be entertained by no less than 20 fiddlers, guitarists, drummers and accordionists.  It was quite a treat!  If you are ever in the area on a Tuesday night, head on over to Dempsey's and enjoy the sweet sounds of Ireland.
